We are all over the moon to announce that Julia Swinglehurst secured first place in this year’s FutureChef Regional Finals at Newcastle College.

She produced an excellent main meal and dessert, which, according to the chefs’ judging, was ‘made to perfection’. She worked well under pressure and managed to beat off competition from other schools taking part; many of whom were students from high school.

We are all very proud of you and wish you all the very best of luck for the National Finals on the 25th February!
